# 11.  A Reverse Mortgage could really help some of our Senior Homeowners.  What triggered this thought was an article I just read published by Dona DeZube, November 01, 2011 Turned Down for a Refinance? Don’t Take No for an Answer.  Dona really has some great ideas to refinance your existing Mortgage and to take out a new mortgage.

As an afterthought, I was thinking, there are Seniors also looking for help and wondering what they can do.  They have seen their portfolios dwindle and may want to size down, or are looking for a little extra money to pay necessary bills and be able to stay in their own homes.  To understand just how a Reverse Mortgage could work in assisting your lifestyle or need read the Frequently Asked Questions about HUD’s Reverse Mortgages.

Working your way up to the top!

I just don’t know how some people do their jobs.  Men and women climb these towers every single day just to keep our cell phones activated.  We should be taking our jobs to new heights each and every day as well.  This is just a shout-out to to say THANK YOU OH BRAVE TOWER CLIMBERS FOR MAKING MY JOB EASIER.  I was thinking back to a time when I would have to sit around at the office or even my home office waiting for that important fax or a return call.  Just so great to be right on top of things everywhere I go w/ smart-phone technology.  So thanks again to the Top Producing Tower Climbers.
